During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the stunningly beautiful shallow waters and marine ecosystem. The crystal clear lagoon and colourful coral reefs were breathtaking. The view of the sunset was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering good quality services. The rooms had basic amenities and a good location, being close to the beach and relaxation areas.

The hotel lacked a swimming pool, which may be a downside for those who prefer a mix of beach and pool activities. The food options were limited and not always hot enough.

The poor communication of the staff I email them and called twice about my arrival and they still had me arriving at a different time I had to wait at the airport almot 2 hours before they pick me up. The place is ok but the food is garbage and the staff has nothing called eeficiency in them. They were advised when I arrive that it is only myself and they still could not understand only me, my table was set each day for 2 people and on checkout they still try to charge me for an extra 93 dollars us transfer by boat to the airport and the extra person charge each day something like $8 a day, they are all young boys working at the resorts and they all have no sense of what is going on.I Tried for 3 days to pay my bill each time someone at the desk is on pray time, lunchtime, break time or even nap time.it was unreal. The Maldives is great but not this hotel I would never go back here even for free.

The access to the beach was brilliant and the beach near the Fun bar was superb. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had the right number of tourists, making my stay non-intrusive. The staff associated with the water sports and excursions were superb, and the meals in the restaurant were more than adequate.

All was well at this hotel.

Services given by hotel staff were great. Any additional service was also given with the smile on the face.

Very poor entertainment, incredibly high prices for any beverages, quality of the food was more average than good. Crab race was given in Russian language, despite some of the visitors were English speakers.

Nice budget hotel, a Maldivian experience at a low price. The room cleaned twice a day, bungalows are nice, beds comfortable, towels changed daily, breakfast okay, and come on - you are on Maldives, what is there more to wish. Basic - yes, but the price is quite affordable, therefore the ratio is good.

Half of the rooms - on the right side of jetty if you face the reception are right next to the lagoon, the other half are on the side of the beach with lots of seaweeds that are not pretty at all. Breakfast is just okay - no meat, sausage or anything, therefore not as substantial as one might wish... But generally pretty good hotel, really, not that many problems and good service for 3*.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was by the ocean and the shore was shallow in areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the place was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at a beautiful resort with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing us with umbrellas and assisting us with our luggage in the rain. The beach was breathtaking and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The restaurant buffet served various dishes from different parts of the world, with tasty desserts and grilled items. One of the highlights was the colorful reefs near the jetty, which were full of fish and even turtles and manta rays.

The water sports and some services were pricey, and there were limited seafood options for non-vegetarians.

The resort was located at a convenient distance from the airport and the speedboat transfer was smooth. Upon arrival, we were given a chance to relax in an air-conditioned room and given a welcome drink and wet towels. The staff was helpful and explained all the rules, timings, and activities available on the island.

The variety of food offered was limited and we felt that there could have been more seafood options in a beach resort such as this. , there were no complimentary snorkeling kits or life jackets provided and we had to carry or rent our own.

The hotel staff at Fun Island Resort went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely caring and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with clean bed linens, towels, and a well-stocked minibar. The beautiful beachfront location provided stunning views of the crystal clear lagoon and colorful coral reefs.

I recently had an amazing stay at a resort in the Maldives. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for both accommodation and food. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel on the island was perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean and access to a stunning beach. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
